Mr. Emas joined Falk Waas in 2019 and became a partner in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Emas served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County where he tried approximately 30 jury trials. He handles claims involving auto, trucking and rideshare liability, general and premises liability and medical malpractice matters. Mr. Emas has been recognized as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyer Magazine.
