Mr. Baum joined Falk Waas in October 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baum was a civil defense attorney defending insurance carriers and private clients, assisting in the handling of cases from inception through resolution in both state and federal court. His cases included coverage disputes, direct actions, mediations and complex business litigation matters. Mr. Baum has experience litigating third-party personal injury claims, malpractice claims and other general liability claims. He also previously interned for a local municipality and clerked with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, Civil Division.
