Xiomara L. Cruz

Xiomara Cruz joined Falk Waas in February 2025 with extensive experience in cases involving general liability, automobile insurance defense, insurance fraud PIP, premises liability, contract and indemnity disputes, real estate litigation including foreclosure defense, and landlord-tenant disputes. With experience in various legal fields, she has represented both individual and corporate clients in matters involving business and contract disputes, real property litigation, fraud and insurance defense. Currently focusing her practice on defending insurance carriers in first party coverage and third-party liability matters, Xiomara has handled cases from inception all the way to resolution in a wide range of proceedings including bench and jury trials, mediations, and non-binding arbitrations consistently prevailing on motions filed for the benefit of her insurance carrier clients.
