Mr. Obianagu joined Falk Waas in May 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Obianagu served as Allstate Staff Counsel defending insurance carriers, handling cases from inception all the way to resolution, in a wide-range of proceedings including bench and jury trials, mediations, and non-binding arbitrations. He has experience in litigating first-party and third-party personal injury claims, property insurance claims as well as other general liability claims. Mr. Obianagu is well-versed in legal research and also received trial advocacy awards at the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where he was also inducted into the prestigious group of The Order of Barristers upon graduation.
