Ms. Machado joined Falk Waas in July of 2023. During law school, Ms. Machado clerked at Falk Waas, and it was from this clerkship that her interest in medical malpractice grew.  She was a partner at a large, distinguished Miami civil defense law firm where she spent nearly ten years practicing and trying cases specializing in medical malpractice defense, representing various health care practitioners and providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and hospitals.
