Michelle Denis joined Falk Waas in 2023 as an associate attorney. Ms. Denis comes to Falk Waas with extensive writing experience having served as an Executive Editor of an international and comparative journal at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. Ms. Denis graduated with her J.D., magna cum laude, and was the recipient of five CALI Excellence for the Future Awards including Evidence. Ms. Denis handles defense of general and premise liability, auto, and medical malpractice cases.
