Monserrat Garcia

Monserrat Garcia joined Falk Waas in 2025 as an associate attorney. Ms. Garcia comes to Falk Waas with extensive writing experience, including serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami School of Law Inter-American Law Review. Ms. Garcia focuses her practice on defending clients in general liability, premises liability, negligent security liability, and motor vehicle-related claims, including auto, trucking, and rideshare liability claims.
