Mr. Waas joined Falk Waas in 1986 and became a shareholder in 1990. Mr. Waas has tried more than 75 cases to verdict and has more than 30 reported appellate decisions. He has lectured extensively throughout the state on matters related to tort litigation and medical malpractice. Mr. Waas has been recognized by his peers as a “Florida Legal Elite,” a “Florida Super Lawyer” and has received the Martindale-Hubbell® AV peer review rating. Mr. Waas is also a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
