Mr. Grossman joined Falk Waas in 2025. He has tried in excess of 175 civil jury trials to verdict in State and Federal Court and is double Board Certified in Civil Trial Law, by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a Diplomate and a national board representative in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and President of the Miami Chapter of ABOTA. Mr. Grossman has served on the Supreme Court Committee for Civil Jury Instructions since 2023. He specializes in trucking and auto liability; general and premises liability, including negligent security, slip/trip and falls; product liability, and medical malpractice.
