Michael Brito

Mr. Brito joined Falk Waas in 2024. Mr. Brito earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in May 2021. While there he served as the Lead Technical Editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Brito served as a Public Defender in Broward County serving as lead chair in bench and jury trials. He also worked with an insurance defense firm working on premises liability and construction matters. Mr. Brito handles the defense of medical malpractice claims.
