Kyle Lee

Mr. Lee joined Falk Waas in February 2024.  He obtained his law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas – William S. Boyd School of Law in May 2022.  Prior to joining the firm, Lee worked with an insurance defense firm handling general and premises liability, auto liability and medical malpractice matters. He was a summer Associate at a civil defense firm where he gained experience in construction law, government contracts, and commercial and healthcare litigation. His practice focuses on matters involving general and premises liability, auto, trucking and rideshare liability, and medical malpractice.
