Alexander Pollock

Alexander Pollock joined Falk Waas in 2023 as an associate attorney. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Pollock worked as an agent for a New York talent agency, negotiating paid speaking engagements for major celebrities and former politicians. He attended law school at the Florida International University College of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in the Top 10% of his class; received the book awards in Trial Advocacy and Advanced Trial Advocacy; won multiple state and regional championships in Mock Trial competitions; and was voted by his classmates to be the Class of 2023 graduation speaker.

His current practice focuses on the representation of hospitals, physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation, in Florida Department of Health administrative matters, and guardianship proceedings involving indigent and incapacitated hospital patients. He also handles general and premises liability matters and auto, trucking, and rideshare liability matters. He lectures to healthcare providers on best medical documentation practices and other areas pertinent to his practice.

Mr. Pollock was recently recognized by Best Lawyers in America as “One to Watch” for Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants. He is also a Member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court.
