Brittany Smith

Ms. Smith joined Falk Waas as an associate attorney in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Smith focused her practice on defending various auto-negligence, premises liability, product liability, and first-party property lawsuits. While in law school, she successfully completed a full-time criminal litigation externship where she worked as a Certified Legal Intern (CLI) at the Leon County Public Defender’s Office. During her externship, Ms. Smith had the privilege of representing juvenile offenders on a multitude of varying criminal charges. She also had the honor of receiving the Book Award in her Litigation Externship Perspectives course while in law school. Ms. Smith currently handles cases involving the defense of auto and rideshare liability, as well as general and premises liability.
