Ms. Cantrell joined Falk Waas as an associate attorney in 2024 and became a partner in 2026. She focuses her practice on the defense of automobile and rideshare liability claims, as well as general negligence and premises liability matters. Ms. Cantrell is a passionate advocate who is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cantrell gained extensive experience defending a wide range of civil litigation matters, including auto negligence, premises liability, product liability, and first-party property claims. Her broad defense background allows her to approach each case with strategic insight and a deep understanding of litigation from inception through trial.
During law school, Ms. Cantrell completed a full-time criminal litigation externship as a Certified Legal Intern (CLI) at the Leon County Public Defender’s Office. In that role, she represented juvenile clients facing a variety of criminal charges, gaining invaluable courtroom experience early in her career. She was also honored with the Book Award in her Litigation Externship Perspectives course, recognizing her excellence in advocacy.
Ms. Cantrell is a member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court and remains actively engaged in the legal community.
