Mr. Falk founded Falk Waas in 1983. Since that time, he has handled and tried cases for virtually all of the firm’s clients in matters related to medical malpractice, auto, trucking and rideshare liability, general and premises liability and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Falk has received a Martindale-Hubbell® AV Peer Review Rating, is consistently voted a “Top Lawyer” in the South Florida Legal Guide, and is recognized as a “Florida Super Lawyer.” Mr. Falk is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and The Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
