Jessica Hernandez joined Falk Waas in 2021  as an associate attorney. Ms. Hernandez comes to Falk Waas with extensive writing experience, including three published works. She was also the recipient of trial advocacy awards at the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. Ms. Hernandez handles the defense of general and premises liability, auto, trucking and rideshare liability and medical malpractice cases.
