Mr. Grossman joined Falk Waas in 2025. He has tried in excess of 175 civil jury trials to verdict in State and Federal Court and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a Diplomate and a national board representative in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and President-elect of the Miami Chapter of ABOTA. Mr. Grossman was recently reappointed to the Supreme Court Committee for Civil Jury Instructions. He specializes in trucking and auto liability; general and premises liability, including negligent security, slip/trip and falls; product liability, and medical malpractice.
